Admissions
Children enter the Reception Class aged between four and five. Admission is without reference to ability or aptitude and is on the basis of equal opportunities.
Windlesham Village Infant School is part of The Alliance Multi-Academy Trust (TAMAT) and is an 'own admission authority' school. However, we remain part of the central admissions system operated by Surrey County Council.
Windlesham Village Infant School has a Published Admission Number (PAN) of 30 for each year group from Reception through to Year 2.

School Places For September 2025
If your child was born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021, you will need to apply for a school place in Reception for September 2025. You can apply for a place from 31 October 2024. The closing date for on-time applications is 15 January 2025. Applications are made online via the Surrey County Council website: https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools/admissions/primary-junior-and-infant/apply
In-year applications
An in-year application is any application for a school place which falls out of the admissions cycle for our Yr R intake in September each year. We have a Published Admissions Number of 30 for each year group.
For 2th September 2024 to 31 August 2025, parents who wish to apply for an in-year place for their child should refer to the Surrey County Council In-Year Admissions Page.
Parents/carers will need to complete form CMA which is available using this link below.
This information will be updated by 31 August each year for the following school year, so for admission in 2024/25, this information must be published by 31 August 2024.
