Events
FOWVIS events during the year
FOWVIS organises fundraising as well as social events for both parents/carers and their children. The proceeds of these events are then donated to the School to improve equipment, technology, and play and learning spaces, as well as support other projects centred on maintaining the outstanding educational experiences our pupils have come to enjoy. Most of our events have historically been successful because of the overwhelming support of our parent and carer body; whether it be donating goods and services or volunteering to organise and volunteer at an event.

Termly events
Autumn Term
Fireworks and Bonfire Night
Held on the School Field, this is one of FOWVIS’ largest fundraisers which also involves the local community. Whatever the weather, it is always fun – including a bar and barbecue, and items to buy for the children.
Christmas Party
All aboard at Pirate's Landing in Camberley for a private party for children of the school. A popular event to celebrate the festive season.
Spring Term
Easter Egg Hunt
Fun for all the family! A new addition to our events – an Easter Egg Hunt around the copse!
Summer Term
Family Camping
WVIS Families spend the night camping on the school field. With games, supper, a bonfire and a cooked breakfast in the morning, this is always a fun and very popular event.
Summer Fair
An informal social gathering for the entire family, the fair includes BBQ, drinks, games and a summery theme. This is a great family-friendly afternoon.
Triennial Ball
Held once every three years, this is a fabulous chance to dress up to the nines and have a fun night out whilst raising vital funds for the school.
Other
Second Hand Uniform Sales
Our families kindly donate outgrown, nearly new and good condition uniform that FOWVIS then sells. Families can buy at anytime between the sales by contacting uniformsales@fowvis.org – and can donate uniform via the school Office. More info here.
Bake Sales
We hold Cake Sales after the school singing year group assemblies (one per term). These are run by the Class Reps and are really popular. We welcome keen bakers to support each class but shop bought bakes are also very welcome.
Doughnut Sale
Hugely popular, pre-orders are taken to buy boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts for collection at pick up. Individual doughnuts can also be bought without pre-ordering. Don't hesitate to get your orders in as well always sell out!
Leavers Book
Each year FOWVIS has created a lovely keepsake for the children leaving the School in Year 2.
